right now, academically speaking, all i want is to be a perpetual student. i’m a bit terrified when thinking that in 1 year time this will end. oh, and preferably be 21.

and, a while ago i discovered gustave caillebott, 19th century impressionist. what strikes me the most is the way in which his paintings resemble a photo so much; the lighting, the details, the sense of reality “made” by a man’s hand… stunning!
